How to decrease areola size without surgery?

Question

I am a medium brown and my areolas are a few shades darker (not black or dark brown). They are huge and I want to have normal ones. I saw tattooing/permanent makeup but on websites it says for breast cancer patients/people who have gotten a breast argumentation but can anyone get it done. My overall question is , is it possible that some of my areola can be tattooed the same color as my breast to make smaller ? Is their anything i can do besides surgery? Like a areola repigmentation?

Areola tattooing is typically used to "create" an areola which is darker than surrounding skin.  Making the existing areola lighter to match non-areola skin would be more challenging.  You can consider areola reduction surgery which would involve an incision around the areola.  This would give you the most reliable result.
