My breasts are too far apart. I have a lot of 'side boob.' Which procedure(s) would give me the very best result? (Photo)

From the photographs you have submitted it appears that you have breast ptosis or sagging. I would recommend a breast lift with an implant placed in the sub muscular position. This procedure would raise or elevate you nipple and areola and decrease the distance between your breasts. This procedure would result in a size increase in your breasts. A thorough examination of your breast measurements and assessment of your breast tissue is necessary prior to proceeding with either a breast augmentation alone or a breast lift. 

Unfortunately, we as plastic surgeons cannot move your breasts closer together.  Your nipples are pointing out to the side and always will, even after surgery.If you want your breasts lifted or larger in size, we can help.  On your side view, you have minimal ptosis, so I would recommend a silicone implant on top of the muscle to fill out the loose skin and give you nice upper pole fullness without a lift scar.Good Luck!

You need a lift with implants to get off that extra skin on the sides of your breasts and also to give your breasts more volume and fullness, they will look great if you do that! good luck!!
