Bulbous nipples normal when erect & should scarring be at this stage? Will pinched skin around areola loosen over time? (Photo)

1) Had a Breast Aug & Benelli/Donut Lift. 270CC. Was a small B with cone shape w&large areolas. 2) July 30 is 6 months post op. 3) Scar around the entire areolas is tight & looks like that's what's making the nipples bulbous when erect. 4) Using the Biocorneum cream religiously & also taping down the scars. 5) boobs seem a little "flat."

Your vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift) appears fine.  The gathering of skin you see at the bottom of the incision is due to the lack of a horizontal incision, which would be required to address the excess skin.  This should resolve over time, but if it does not you should consider a...

Thank you for your question.  Breast implants will not raise saggy breasts, but only add volume.  You clearly gained volume in your breasts but are still unhappy with them.  I would recommend that you consider a reduction and/or lift.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

Thanks for the question. After 6 weeks your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can do gym and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.

Thanks for your question.  You would need a proper exam to determine exactly what you are feeling; it might be the edge of the implants.   It's not possible to comment on the overall shape without a photo or exam.
