In order to reduce the over-all Breast Volume and obtain a completely flat chest, I would recommend the Double Incision Mastectomy. The Periareolar approach is also possible, but with a 50% reduction in volume in order to avoid leaving behind loose skin.

The peri-areolar approach could be a good option for you and is ideal for people with smaller to medium-sized chests and more skin elasticity, as the skin will need to contour well after the surgery for optimal results. The position of your nipple-areola complex is also appropriate for this procedure.
