It looks like there is additional tissue which would be resected, your scars are already in a decent position so it should not be too hard to improve your contour. Additionally, it appears that the surgeon did not adjust the position of your nipples relative to the rest of the skin and your chest, this is often done during these procedures to masculinize the chest as the female nipple position is often quite different from the male.
