Can my masculinizing top surgery results be corrected? Concerned about unnatural contour, puffiness and scars (photos)

December 18, 2023

I had my first surgery in June of 2023 and came out very disfigured. The surgeon decided to go back in and fix it after 4 months. She created much bigger scars than I desired the second time around, but said that it was necessary. She also did a small bit of liposuction. The contour doesn't look natural to me as there seems to be a big of fat left on the right inner bottom pec and my left side still has bit of puffiness around the nipple. Can this be fixed? Can the scars be lightened?
