I had my first surgery in June of 2023 and came out very disfigured. The surgeon decided to go back in and fix it after 4 months. She created much bigger scars than I desired the second time around, but said that it was necessary. She also did a small bit of liposuction. The contour doesn't look natural to me as there seems to be a big of fat left on the right inner bottom pec and my left side still has bit of puffiness around the nipple. Can this be fixed? Can the scars be lightened?

It's great that you're exploring different options for top surgery that align with your preferences. There are indeed techniques that avoid incisions around the areola, and they can be suitable depending on various factors such as breast size, skin elasticity, and nipple-infra-mammary fold...
It seems your overall results are good but I see what you mean. It looks like you had superficial lipo on the left side. This indentation can be improved with a little bit of fat grafting. I do believe the right side ia larger and needs a little bit more liposuction.

It is possible to reduce breast volume with Liposuction, Nevertheless, there should be no excess skin and you must consider that breast Gland does not come out with Liposuction (just fat is aspirated).
