I had keyhole w/ lipo 5 weeks ago. My left side looks good but I'm afraid my right side is botched - too much tissue removed & too much tissue left behind. 1. Spot where skin feels stuck to the muscle, makes a dent on my chest. Could it be an adhesion? Really need to wait 6m-1y for revision? 2. Left over tissue + scar tissue appearing as small breast. Again, 6m-1y for revision? 3. Section of Pec feel no muscle + pain. Injured by lipo? 4. Nipple scar 4mm deep in skin. Hypertrophic?

Thank you for your question and photos. Preop photos would've been helpful. In any case, there are many problems with these results. 1. You have asymmetrical liposuction and gland removal, 2. Left over glandular or breast tissue under both areolas, 3. the lateral chest wall was not addressed or sculpted and 4. visible and retracted liposuction scars. All these in combination resulted in poor outcome. As a Total Definer surgeon, I use VASER Hi Def Lipo of the chest and lateral chest wall, use stealth incisions (intra-areolar and armpit) and gland excision via intra-areolar incisions and Renuvion skin tightening if needed. Based on your photos, the areolas are way below the lower muscle edge, which indicates to me that you would've benefited from skin tightening with the Renuvion. If you were my patient, I would need to completely redo your surgery. Unfortunately, the folded in liposuction incisions will never go away. The surgery is not a "touch up", and truthfully, I would seek out another surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques. You would need bilateral gland excision, release of the scars and VASER liposuction of the anterior and lateral chest wall, Renuvion and possibly intra-muscular fat grafting to the right chest. You need to wait 4-6 months or until your tissues soften up and the inflammation is gone. Good luck.
