Is this botched? Will I need a third procedure? (Photo)

I had top surgery awhile back and had to get a revision. My results have been unexpectedly worse. I was wondering if this is going to subside, or if I will end up needing a 3rd procedure. There are definitely options in order to improve on the Areola-Nipple grafts. Coomplete reconstruction may be necessary. This can be used with new grafts taken from other areas of your body. Pictures would be helpful in order to further advise.
