I took estrogen as a trans individual and do not like the breasts tissue that formed as a result. I am 40 years old and want a reduction or removal without scaring. I am an A cup and athletic / in good physical condition (155 lbs 5'11). I have two letters for the surgery and looking for any sort of non scaring ./ nonbinary breast tissue removal to get as flat as possible with minimal scars.
hello, i had a double incision procedure done in june of last year and i'm not too content with how the nipples and areolas look. i've tried looking to see if there is anyone with similar results but found none. are results like mine common? would it be possible for the grafts to be removed? or for the nipple to be reconstructed and the areola be tattooed on?
Greetings. I am a 25 year old FTM that would like to obtain a small A cup. I want to feel comfortable being without a breast binder and topless. Im 55. Around 130lbs. Is it possible to obtain a flat chest? ( small A cup) And how would The scaring be? Is it possible with minimal scaring? And how about nipple sensation? I have very little nipple sensation naturally so Id prefer not to lose the small sensation I already have. Thank you in advance.
Because it is really important for my dysphoria to not have any horizontal scars like the one with the double incisions. Some pictures of my breast without binder. It is really going down but aren't really big overall.
I'm a 28 year old transgender FtM, researching non-typical top surgery techniques. Most techniques that make incisions around the areola are undesirable to me because I feel that the scar tissue compromises their appearance too much. Are there reduction or removal techniques that don't touch the areola at all? Are there limitations to them regarding size/skin elasticity/n-imf distance? Thank you
Hello, I had top surgery on January 16th of this year, and I would like an opinion about my chest. I think I should have done a double incision, but the surgeon insisted on peri-areolar, I know it is too soon, but there are any chances my skin will be flat and not wrinkled like in the photo? If not, what could be done to fix it? Also, my left nipple died, he says it was not his fault, it was just a complication that happened, what could be done to fix the nipple when it closes and heal completely?
I consider myself a genderqueer individual and although I deeply want a more masculine physique, I do not want to transition. However, I've never wanted my breasts and I know my mental state would be greatly improved if I did not have my breasts. I know I don't need a therapist to tell me or anyone this but it seems as if there is no surgeon who will operate without a referral. So I ask, is there any surgeon who will perform FTM chest surgery without a therapist referral?
