My implant feels crunchy - is this cause for concern?

In october i posted that i had a pain under my implant. After like 2 weeks or so he pain did go away. Now i noticed last night that my breast feels weird. Imagine the little plastic squeeker that is inside a dog toy. When you push on the thin plastic you feel it kind of push the other side oup and the plactic kind of dent it. Thats what my breast feels like. Its like under the skin and ontop of the implant. Around the bottom and sides. I have a gummy bear implant. It doesnt hurt or look mishapen. It just feels crunchy. What do i do?
