Already Have Implants Under Muscle and Now Want Breast Lift- Follow Up - Opinions on procedure? (Photos)

I have found a surgeon who has agreed to do the breast lift with my already installed 445cc implants under my muscles. His plan is to do a breast lift (with areola reduction) along with a possible open capsulotomy because he saw the pictures and said they might sit too high with a lift and he can pull them back down with that add on procedure and has me paying for it now just in case. My ultimate goal in mind still is to raise my nipples. But because I can't actually talk to the surgeon until preop which is Dec 11th (talking thru his surgical team and concierge team has been very hard) I was hoping some of you can give your opinions and possibly paint a broader picture for me how this procedure would work considering what he wants to do and the pictures I posted previously. Again like before, I appreciate all feedback/responses! P.S. I have been advised by another surgeon I might have Grade II capsular contracture in my left breast ....
