My nose appears very upturned. Do I need a revision? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty, and I noticed that the tip of my nose appears very upturned. My left nostril now shows a lot of the inside pink lining , which was not visible before. Will the tip of my nose drop more over time, and is it possible that the appearance of my left nostril will improve? If not, at what point should I consider a revision surgery
