Thanks for your inquiry, your breast have ptosis the medical term for breast droop. There is a difference between need and want. Yo do not need a procedure, but if you would like to change the appearance of your breast, you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift. Please seek an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss further.
You wound probably benefit from a breast lift to improve the shape of the breasts. It looks as though the nipple/areolar complex is sitting low, and there is some loss of volume in the upper pole of the breast. A breast lift would make the breasts rounder, increase the upper pole fullness, and reposition the areolas higher on the breasts. This would leave a lollipop scar around the areola, and from the areola to the inframammary fold.
Hi there, thank you for your question. Yes, it seems that you have sagginess on your breasts and it can be treated with breast uplift. If you want to achieve a bigger size, breast uplift with implants is also a choice.
Depending on your goals, a breast lift or breast lift with implants could give your breasts an improved appearance. The lift helps put the nipple back in the normal position. Implants give fullness in the middle and at the top that does not happen with the lift alone. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.
Hello darling,Yes, your breasts are sagging. Id perform a breast lift combined with silicone implants. SIze and profile depends on the measures of your chest/back. Make sure you go to a board-certified plastic surgeon.Hope this helps and best of lucks.Dr. Luis Mejia.
Thanks for your question! You do have what is referred to as “ptosis” or droop. I would recommend a breast lift with an implant. The goal would be to first get your breasts perkier and then add an implant to add volume to the upper pole and give cleavage. An in-person consultation would be your best option to get evaluated. Good luck!
Dear August Rose,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Whether you need a procedure or not is entirely up to you. However, if you wish to improve the appearance of your breasts, it is possible that you could benefit from a breast lift with implants. It will best to consult a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in cosmetic breast surgery in person and discuss your goals and options after a physical examination. Plastic Surgery is elective surgery and patient safety is paramount. Having a chronic disease is not an automatic exclusion for surgery, but I would recommend a discussion with your oncologist regarding the safety of considering elective surgery. If you have a plastic surgeon in mind, he or...
Hi there, thank you for your question. Yes, you can get your nails done 5 days before the surgery but, I do not suggest that because your nails can be broken during whole surgery process.
