What can be done for a more square chin? (Photo)

Question

basically what can be done to achieve the result desired in my image? Fillers, osteotomy, implant? I want a little more width to my chin to make it more square and masculine. From the profile angle it looks fine, and is not recessed.

The desired results can be achieved with silicone implants. You may want to consider custom implants for your and jawline. More photos would be helpful.

There are a variety of chin implants that can be used to make the chin more square.  An examination or photographs of you would be needed to determine if you might be a good candidate for this type of implant.  Injectable fillers would be another option to help make the chin more square.

To meet the very specific requirements of a more square chin shape that does not add any appreciable increased horizontal projection, a custom chin implant design its needed. Do not try and achieve this by just taking a standard square chin implant and carving it intraoperatively as this will just create other issues. When you have a unique facial augmentation need, a custom implant design has the best chance to be successful.

It would be helpful to see a sideview. To achieve a more square look , probably a custom carved chin implant may give you the desired look.
