I am dissatisfied with my lower third. I have lip incompetence, mentalis muscle strain, nasiolabal folds, an overbite and an undefined jawline. I also have noncosmetic issues like snoring. I recently realized a lot of this may be due to a weak chin. I looked into fillers, chin implants, sliding genioplasty and even jaw surgery. Which one of these would best address my concerns? I don’t want to drastically affect the width or shape of my chin, I just want to have a jawline and look more balanced.
