I'm planning to get a sliding genioplasty soon, and I'm wondering if it will affect my lips at all? I notice my lips sit really low on my face and seem to rotate downwards when looked at from different angles. I know my lower face is short and I'm not sure if this is something a lip lift will solve as I generally like my lip size, but will the genio help with the low positioning of my lips?
