Also the left breast when I lay down you can feel the corner of the bag (I believe) protrudes out and is visible just from looking. Also when I lean forward there's such a separation between the implant under the muscle and my existing breast on top. Is this normal for everyone with having a lift and implant? I Was hoping to get rid of that cow utter look tho it is still feels to be present. I so appreciate any assistance advice thank you so much !!!
Answer: Square shape on breast bottom Hello, thank you for your question. Usually with a lift and bigger size implants we try to reinforce the breast fold so that the implants have support other than just the muscle and often times by doing so can create this straight line and give a square appearance. It is difficult to correct as long as the implants are in there. With regards to your other concerns perhaps an anchor lift mastopexy would help with the "cow utter" appearance you mentioned. It is of course difficult to say base off of photos and should be seen in consultation with your plastic surgeon to review your concerns.
