What can help square bottom results after a reduction (20 yes ago) 2x kids. Breast lift and implant now. Help! (photos)

Hello, thank you for your question. Usually with a lift and bigger size implants we try to reinforce the breast fold so that the implants have support other than just the muscle and often times by doing so can create this straight line and give a square appearance. It is difficult to correct as long as the implants are in there. With regards to your other concerns perhaps an anchor lift mastopexy would help with the "cow utter" appearance you mentioned. It is of course difficult to say base off of photos and should be seen in consultation with your plastic surgeon to review your concerns.

Thanks for your question! It looks like you could benefit from another breast lift. If that isn’t fully correcting that “square” appearance in the lower pole, you may also need some fat grafting in that area. Please seek a consultation with a breast surgeon in your area. Good luck!

You would need to be examined, but an appropriate surgery can be planned to improve your breast shape and symmetry. This may include implant repositioning and/or revision breast lift.
