I fell off my bike (11 hours after Botox injections) and it left a bruising to my left cheek and eye brow area. Can the injury cause movement of the Botox this late and cause eye brow or facial droop? I can't see any droop yet but I still have swelling around the eyebrow and cheek.

You have both upper eyelid ptosis (worse in left eye) and upper eyelid hollowness. You may benefit from both upper eyelid ptosis surgery and filler injection. See following photo as an example.
