Is this ptosis or deep upper lid sulcus? Eyelid looks as though it sits closer to the pupil. (Photos)

HiI think you have a few things going on and it is impossible to tell exactly what you need without an examination. You definitely have eyebrow asymmetry with the left sitting higher than the right and this is making the upper eyelid look hollow on the left.  You can address this with anti wrinkle injections to give better brow symmetry and possibly add some filler on the left if required.  This is what is giving you the different eye shape look.  You do also have bilateral mild eyelid ptosis which is the same on both sides ie symmetrical.  I would advise not operating on this as it is so mild however surgery is the only means to correct this. Thand you for your question and images. Certainly from your images you appear to have eyelid ptosis worse on the left than the right. The right being only very mild. I would suggest seeking a second opinion and if the appearance concerns you consider ptosis surgery. Botox can assist in controlling the wrinkles around the corners of the eyes and give a mild elevation to the lateral aspect of the brow but would not be affective in correcting eyelid ptosis. You have both upper eyelid ptosis (worse in left eye) and upper eyelid hollowness. You may benefit from both upper eyelid ptosis surgery and filler injection. See following photo as an example.

Although it is impossible to be sure without examining you, I agree that it does not appear that you have ptosis in the left eye. If you look at your MRD1 (which is the distance between your lid margin and the light reflex on your cornea), it is pretty much the same from left to right. The left lid may be just slightly (
