In my experience, I don’t think that filler would help you with the issue you are describing but you would be a good candidate for CO2 or CIT (Collagen Induction Therapy or Needling).

Titan is a procedure that heats up the dermis with a safe infrared light causing the collagen fibers to immediately contract while preserving the epidermis through continuous cooling. Titan tightens the skin using radiofrequency causing a gentle pull of the skin. Some skin tightening may be noticeable immediately, with additional tightening over the next few months.

Various filler materials have been described for use in the neck. Without completing a physical examination, it is difficult to know whether you would benefit from any therapies alternate to the ones you have tried. You may benefit from a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon who can make the best recommendations for you after a detailed history and evaluation.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I understand that you have tried Ultherapy and morpheus8 which are great treatments. You may just need more to generate more collagen or you can try Neogen which will help with the tightening and techture of the skin. I wouldn't recommend filler unless you did the jawline to pull up the skin. Good luck!

Thanks for your question. This degree of skin laxity can still be addressed with energy-based treatment. A step up from Morpheus8 would be the procedure called FaceTite. this involves the use of a fiber inserted underneath the skin, after adequate numbing of course, to tighten "from the inside". Filler would not be the answer here- that just adds volume which is not what you want in this treatment zone. I hope that helps you.

I wish you provided a side view photo as well to get a better understandingMy approach would have been to add a little chin and jaw line filler and a little microbotox first. Then assess the improvement and consider possibly Threads or Tempsure RF for skin tightening.It is important to have place that offers and has experience with multiple treatments.The results of each treatment depend on the proper patient selection, proper assessment, experience of the provider and appropriate procedure selection.Hope this helps.
