Some degree of puckering can occur after a facelift. I realize that it is definitely not what you wish to be your final result and I appreciate your concern. The good news is that this is a temporary phase. Try to be patient and stay in close contact with your Surgeon. This should diminish significantly in the next few weeks.
I agree with my colleagues that this is likely to improve dramatically over time, though it may take weeks, even months to realize the greatest change. It will be critical for you to follow up with your surgeon regularly so that you can be instructed how to best facilitate maturation of the result. The physician may suggest conservative treatment and may simply want the result to mature, while others may suggest massage, ultrasound treatment, even injection with steroids or 5 f/u to mitigate scarring from the skin to the deeper tissues. Best of luck with your recovery.

You are definitely not stuck like this, and likely nothing, or very little, needs to be done.
