Why does Cellulaze only work for a year if it cuts the tethering of the skin (the cause of cellulite)?

I am not sure where you are getting this information about Cellulaze from. I have preformed hundreds of Cellulaze laser surgery since 2011 and I did not see recurrence of cellulite in all the cases I have done. The Cellulaze laser results should last many years. Also, patient selection and manging expectations are very important like in any other cosmetic treatment.Cellulaze not only works by dividing bands between the skin and deeper tissues but simultaneously builds collagen. Significant results of cellulite reduction are typically noticed by 6-9 months because this is the amount of time required for stimulation to build new collagen and the cellulite septal structure should not build back again after Cellulaze laser surgery.
