Am I a good candidate for BodyTite? (Photos)

Thank you for your question! Yes, you would be a great candidate for the bodytite. Bodytite is a noninvasive tummy tuck, that removes stubborn fat and helps tighten the skin. There is minimum downtime associated with this treatment compared to the traditional liposuction. We use a cannula under the skin that heats up to a certain degree that melts the fat while stimulating your own collagen cells. All your fat will be gone this day and over time your skin will tighten. I would recommend additional skin tightening treatments such as Morpheus for additional tightening of your abdomen. Seeing as you had 4 c-sections, and your already have a scar to the lower abdomen, I would have you consider a mini tuck to help prevent get rid of loose skin and enhance your contour. If your goal is to have a flat abdomen then I suggest a tummy tuck. BodyTite will tighten you skin thereby making it flat but it will not be as flat as you are demonstrating in one of your photos. Consult a Cosmetic surgeon that is experienced in both BodyTite and Tummy Tuck. Have a complete examination and consider his/her recommendations.

I have performed a lot of BodyTite procedures previously and from my experiences, I've seen really positive and great results. However, with that being said, if you really wish to have a flat and tight abdomen, I recommend an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The results from BodyTite will not give you the same results as an abdominoplasty.

However, if you are willing to compromise and are okay with some loose skin, I recommend BodyTite in conjunction with another procedure called Morpheus8. The point of BodyTite is to shorten the connective tissue fibers that run from the muscle to the skin so that after fat is removed in that area, the tissues will not sag as much. BodyTite works by heating the tissues in a linear manner which causes them to shorten when they heal from the heating injury. On the other hand, the point of Morpheus8 is to tighten the skin itself. Morpheus8 is a microneedling device that uses radiofrequency energy to both kill fat cells and tighten the skin depending on the depth and energy level.

Thank you for your questions and photos. Body tite is a technology that uses radiofrequency to shrinkwrap the tissues. Based on your photos you are definitely a candidate. Liposuction to the flanks and abdomen will give you a nice sculpted look. Body Tite, done during the same procedure, will tighten the tissues. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who has experience using the Body Tite machine. They will be able to assess your specific anatomy. First of all, let me tell you that you should be evaluated in person by a plastic surgeon who can look at you and evaluate the degree of looseness in the skin itself. From the photographs, it appears that you need a combination of liposuction and j-plasma (Renuvion) tissue tightening. I believe that this procedure should achieve the results that you will be happy with, unless there's a great deal of skin looseness, in which case a tummy tuck may be of necessity. BodyTite will tighten and tone fattening, wrinkly and loose skin that doesn’t go away with diet and exercise alone. Using fat coagulation and volumetric heating technology, BodyTite works in multiple ways to treat the affected areas. It is a minimally invasive device that many patients are very satisfied with. Recovery is usually 1-2 days but can be up to 10 days depending on the person. Patience is a must though, as it takes about 6 months to one year to see results.
