I had a great lift in aug of 2022 and I'm very happy with it. After the first 6 months they haven't got as much perkiness as I hoped. What are my options for perkier fuller breast? Is it also possible for a scar revision on the sides they didn't heal well?

If you are not pleased, return to the doctor for consideration of additional breast lift. Your breasts appear large in the photo. Only if you want them enlarged beyond their current size OR perhaps upper breast fullness, implants can be added at with a breast lift, but I don't believe implants alone will create for you beautiful breasts without additional lifting. Fat transfer to the breasts is another possibility.
