I had a great lift in aug of 2022 and I'm very happy with it. After the first 6 months they haven't got as much perkiness as I hoped. What are my options for perkier fuller breast? Is it also possible for a scar revision on the sides they didn't heal well?

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

Your breasts were not adequately lifted in your previous surgery. The procedure needs to be redone moving the nipples higher and removing the excess skin.

This is a question to consider with the surgeon who performed the breast lift just one year ago.  Your breasts have settled, and your result is now stable.  If you are not pleased, return to the doctor for consideration of additional breast lift.  Your breasts appear large in the photo.  Only if you want them enlarged beyond their current size OR perhaps upper breast fullness, implants can be added at with a breast lift, but I don't believe implants alone will create for you beautiful breasts without additional lifting.  Fat transfer to the breasts is another possibility.

Yes, scars can be revised. You need a lift with possible mesh for better support. Your breasts are quite large and you would do better with a reduction.

From your photos it appears you are a candidate to revise your lift which would include a revision to the scars.  You may be a candidate for auto augmentation which uses your own tissue to provide more upper pole fullness.  I've included a video on this approach which I hope you find helpful.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have them before and after pictures, then contact the surgeon who did your procedure and ask them to forward the pictures they took.
Breast lift surgery tends to raise the nipple position, but does not often do a great job of giving fullness in the upper half of the breast or giving breast projection.
You still have a significant amount of skin, laxity, and renewing your breast lift tightening the skin envelope further could give improvements.
Implants are ideal to give breast projection and volume and the upper half breast.Implants will inherently larger so you need to ask yourself what size breast you want.
Follow up with your plastic surgeon or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
