Im a male 24 y old and ive had septorhinoplasty. it’s been 11 months since the surgery and my nose is very tight and my face tightens when I laugh or do strong expressions. I have a lot of pimples and dirt on my nose because it is terribly greasy from the operation. I woukd also like second opinion if it Is normal to feel pressure when I try to wear glasses? This inside the nose, is it swelling or something else?
