Hello, I'm a 25 year old female and I’d like to undergo a rhinoplasty. There’s only one concern I have though, Empty nose Syndrome. I know it can occur if turbinates get touched or when having a septoplasty. However, I breath perfectly so I only want an aesthetic rhinoplasty. Now I asked a doctor on YT if ENS can happen if septum/turbinates don’t get touched and she said „yes, definitely“. Now I’m a little bit sad, wanted this surgery for so long..can rhinoplasty alone cause ENS? Thank you
