Can Empty Nose Syndrome occur if I get a rhinoplasty without touching the septum/turbinates?

I have never seen a case I'd empty nose syndrome. Although it can occurs it is quite rare. I perform turbinate reduction commonly and have never seen that issue.

Rhinoplasty, Rhinoseptoplasty or septoplasty doesn't not cause Empty nose Syndrome. ENS may happen after aggressive removal of the Turbinates or after total inferior Turbinectomy( surgical removal of the turbinate). Certain studies showed that ENS occurs in about 20% of patients who had total resection of the turbinates. Modern techniques treats the turbinates differently and very unlikely to cause empty nose syndrome.
