Witchy chin and enlarged nose: how can I fix my side profile? (photos)

Question

I have a witchy chin and an enlarged nose. When I smile, the chin sticks out. I would prefer something permanent. One side of my face also droops. Thank you!

For the interest you've shown for changing the size of your chin and nose you will require a Rhinoplasty in order to reduce the projection, lift the tip up and straighten the bridge of the nose and obtain a more feminine look to the profile. For the chin area you would require a Chin Reduction, something that could be performed through an intra-oral incision and can reduce the projection of the bone underneath. This would not completely stop the projection of the chin going forward when you smile, this is a function of the muscle, however by reducing the reduction of the bone, this would be reduced in both views.

You have a nasal hump and a slightly bulbous nasal tip which can be improved with a rhinoplasty.
I would suggest that you consult with an expert rhinoplasty surgeon and discuss what you do and do not like about your nose.
The use of manipulated (morphed) digital clinical photography provides a platform for discussion as to your desires and expectations. Such images are not a guarantee of exact results, but a great tool to ensure that you and your surgeon are on the same wavelength.
Only then, you would be able to have a full discussion about the benefits vs risks of your surgery and to make an informed decision.
I would also advise you to seek a help of a Maxillofacial surgeon with regard to your chin.

Probably best to leave your chin alone. A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip, and narrowing the bridge line with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. It's also important to release the depressor septi ligament which pulls the tip down dynamically when smiling.
