Rhinoplasty and jaw correction: what order should I have the surgeries?

Hi, I have overbite which cam only be corrected by a jaw surgery and also a long exaggerated nose which I would like to fixed. I have read that both surgeries done in the same day us not recommended. Would doing the rhinoplasty first before the jaw correction impact the best outcome of the surgeries?

I also do not recommend these procedures be performed together. The repositioning of the hay may affect the nose so I recommend the jaw surgery first.

Usually it's best to undergo the jaw correction first, and the rhinoplasty second. If you're only perform the lower jaw surgery, then it is probably irrelevant which one comes first. Upper jaw surgery should be performed first, and then a rhinoplasty
