Hi, I have overbite which cam only be corrected by a jaw surgery and also a long exaggerated nose which I would like to fixed. I have read that both surgeries done in the same day us not recommended. Would doing the rhinoplasty first before the jaw correction impact the best outcome of the surgeries?

2 dimensional viewing of a 3 dimensional image may be deceiving.
From your photos, the upper 1/3 of the nose does not appear midline. It appears angulated. There is a blunted round amorphous nasal tip and a minimal hump deformity of the slightly high nasal bridge....
