Possible bone protruding after Rhinoplasty - how can this be fixed? (photos)

I am 64, I had a nasal valve collapse wih rib cart surgery a year and half ago. At 1 year point plastic surgeon added juvederm on shaping.. now i seem to have a narroness between eyes and possibly a ledge/ bone protruding. And to left of nostril is lil large. Problem is my surgeon has moved out if state and i dont know what to do or who to call. This was covered with ins.

Usually it's best to undergo the jaw correction first, and the rhinoplasty second. If you're only perform the lower jaw surgery, then it is probably irrelevant which one comes first. Upper jaw surgery should be performed first, and then a rhinoplasty

Hi and welcome to our forum! 2 dimensional viewing of a 3 dimensional image may be deceiving. From your photos, the upper 1/3 of the nose does not appear midline. It appears angulated. There is a blunted round amorphous nasal tip and a minimal hump deformity of the slightly high nasal bridge....

The white bump on the tip of your nose looks like a cartilage "bossa". Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered to permanently camouflage your visible tip cartilage. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
