Pointy chin and uneven face, what can be done make my face symmetrical?

You have a right side of your face which is vertically longer than that of your left side which accounts for what you see. This is seen from the lower right eyebrow all the way down to your chin. Like all facial asymmetry surgery the key questions are which structures are the most important to improve. You have mentioned three, the nose the right mouth corner and the pointy chin. All three can be simultaneously treated (rhinoplasty corner of mouth lift and chin reshaping) in a single surgery.

Facial asymmetry is present on all people and always has been.

Great artists throughout history I’ve known this and have incorporated facial asymmetry and great classic works of art.

Your degree of asymmetry is probably less than average and is not perceived as being an issue by anyone else.

The human mind is accustomed to seeing faces that are asymmetrical and because of this truly symmetrical faces like a computer generated image looks strange.

The facial asymmetry is based on bone structure and treating this through soft tissue manipulation will create an unnatural soft tissue asymmetry that is not ideal.

I suggest leaving asymmetry alone and not treating it.

No one perceives this as being a problem or an issue other than the beholder.

Changing the shape of your mandible requires surgical intervention. For that you may want to consider consulting with local oral surgeons.
