You have a relatively "weak" chin but, in addition, the lower third of your face is short. In other words, it is not just that your chin doesn't project far enough; it is also short in the sense that the distance from your lips to the bottom of your chin is not long enough for facial balance. Look at the difference between the height of your forehead and the height of your chin. Unless that architecture is corrected, the other treatments will not help. You are too young for a minilift. FaceTite will not help you. You are correct to avoid fillers because they won't help you either. It would be instructive to see your teeth. It may be that jaw surgery to correct the skeletal foundation of your face would help more than anything. It would also set you up for a better pattern of aging in the future. I would suggest you see an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon for an evaluation. Don't mess with the skin; that's like the paint job on the house. Build the house first.
