i’ve always been insecure about my side profile because of my nose and chin. i’m going to get Invisalign to fix my slanted teeth so i’m not sure if that will help my jaw. should i get surgery or filler?

You would be a great candidate fir a small chin implant. Pretty simple procedure to go through. I don’t often recommend it but you are a really good candidate for it.

Losing weight will not make your chin stick out further. You would likely benefit from a chin implant or genioplasty. Each has its advantages and disadvantages.

You have a very slight recessive chin profile, and a small chin implant may be of some benefit.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful from the side profile to see what your new nose and chin  would look like. Both procedures can be performed together under general anesthesia as an outpatient procedure
