I'm going to get rhinoplasty to reshape my nose and fix my deviated septum. But I feel that won't completely fix my side profile since I seem to have a concave lower face that looks witch-like when I smile. What can I do to improve my side profile?

You have a relatively "weak" chin but, in addition, the lower third of your face is short. In other words, it is not just that your chin doesn't project far enough; it is also short in the sense that the distance from your lips to the bottom of your chin is not long enough for facial balance....
You would be a great candidate fir a small chin implant. Pretty simple procedure to go through. I don’t often recommend it but you are a really good candidate for it.
Your individual look is based on the balance or lack there of between your maxilla and your mandible.
When you say you have a protruding mouth. What does that really mean?
It means that your maxilla has more forward projection in comparison to your mandible.
