What is the best way to fix my side profile? (photos)

Question

I'm going to get rhinoplasty to reshape my nose and fix my deviated septum. But I feel that won't completely fix my side profile since I seem to have a concave lower face that looks witch-like when I smile. What can I do to improve my side profile?

You are slightly prominent in the chin when not smiling. The depth of your mentolabial fold is good. Depending on your clinical exam I would reduce the chin height and/or the soft tissue pad of the chin. Botox to the Mentalis muscle can sometimes reduce the downward pull of the muscle.
