Right upper butt pokes bad after butt implants, is this normal? (Photos)

I had butt implants ( BICONVEX 370cc intramuscular ) 5 days ago combined with 400cc fat to each side and I still can't to anything but lay on my stomach all day . When I stand up I feel pain specially in my right upper butt cheek , it's like a poking , hurts really bad so that I need to lay down emediatley . My left cheek hurts but it's normal soreness after this surgery I guess . What could this be? Maybe a nerve ? Also is it normal to have this pointy egg shaped horns around my scar ? Ty

 More specifically, I think you are asking about silicone gel ("soft") versus semi-solid silicone rubber ("hard")  buttock implants. In short, silicone gel buttock implants are not FDA approved and thus not legal for buttock implantation in the USA. I actually see about one...

Thank you for your question about butt implants. Based on the current medical literature on this topic, there is no study that demonstrates either the toxicity of silicone implants or that they degrade due to heat in the body.
