Are solid silicone butt implants toxic in the body?

There's a thing called silicone breast illness. A lot of women say they developed autoimmune disorders even from saline implants because they have a silicone shell. I'm wondering if the heat inside the body will make the particles of the solid silicone butt implant go in the blood stream or something. Even though they are solid can microscopic parts of the silicone be toxic due to the temp in the body being so hot?

To date, there has been absolutely no peer reviewed scientific study showing toxicity of solid silicone rubber implants such as buttock implants. Furthermore, these implants do not degrade while in the body at normal body temperature. In fact any report on silicone gel breast implants have turned out to anedoctal and never scientifically proven to cause autoimmune disease, much less systemic toxicity. Glad to be of help.

Thank you for your question about butt implants. Based on the current medical literature on this topic, there is no study that demonstrates either the toxicity of silicone implants or that they degrade due to heat in the body.
