If I did butt implants before the pregnancy, would my butt change or deform after my pregnancy?

The effect pregancy has on buttock implants is multifactorial: 
Amount of weight gainDistribution of weight gain (mostly in the buttock vs. other body areas)Quality of skin elasticity Quality and quantity of muscleAgePosition of implants (big problem if implants on top of the muscle or "subfascial")Implant size (although probably the least important variable by far)
The good news is, i have performed buttock implants on hundreds of patients that have later become pregnant and sufferred no ill consequences. Glad to be of help.

While there are several physiologic changes that occur as a natural part of the pregnancy, in my experience as long as you maintain your weight within 30 lbs there will be no major impact on your butt implant or breast augmentation.
