Would Butt implants correct low buttock problem? (photos)

However, it would not be fair to give you any conclusive surgical recommendations until you have returned to, or nearly to, your pre-pregnancy body habitus and present for a physical exam. That being said, many women with your similar concerns have in fact benefitted from buttock implants (+/- hip implants) to reinflate and hence perk up and round out their derrière. Buttock implants add fullness to the mid- and upper buttock areas. The lower buttock region when there is tissue sagging and lack of a sharp demarcation with the posterior upper thigh must be addressed by a lower buttock lift or tuck.

The butt implants would be able to increase the volume and maximize the contour of your butt. If you are also wanting more rounded hips, it would be beneficial to look into the VASER high definition liposuction which is able to remove fat from your abdomen, back and flanks, which can then be grafted to optimize the contour of your hips.
