I am 45 year old woman and my skin on the neck is beginning to look loose/ tendency towards hanging skin under the chin / rhino. I am slim, exercise and drink enough water. I would like a non-invasive treatment. I have been thinking of Botox, ELOS skin tightning or Ultratherapy? What is the most efficient non invasive treatment?
Answer: Best treatment for neck rejuvenation I appreciate your question. I offer a variety of skin tightening treatments that produce excellent results without surgery. In your case, I might recommend Ultherapy or ThermiTight. Both of these devices deliver revolutionary technology that heats the internal portion of the dermal structure without damaging the surrounding skin or tissue. I encourage you to make an appointment with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive experience in skin tightening for a thorough assessment and a customized treatment plan. I wish you all the bests in achieving your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Morpheus8 is a great option to help with neck elasticity. Combine with ultherapy to provide a mini lift Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Improve neck elasticity - Ultherapy, ThermiTight, Silhouette Threatds, Sculptra, Fraxel Ultherapy is a wonderful treatment when you’re in the early stages of aging and need to correct mild jowling or sagging neck. It is completely non-invasive with no downtime, but in your case will probably tighten only 30%. You may not be pleased with the effects in your case, because your skin has significant laxity and 30% may not be enough improvement for you. I’d recommend a combination of treatments to give you that more improvement and the best overall rejuvenation you’re looking for. ThermiTight is the best solution to tighten your neck and lower face because the energy goes under the skin, tightening the connective tissue fibers and firming the skin. It also melts fat and that is often removed at the same time. Sculptra should definitely be part of the treatment as it can create more volume in your midface to counteract the sagging. Fraxel or another laser can resurface and rejuvenate your skin. If there is still laxity, a Silhouette thread or two can pull up remaining jowling. Please find a board-certified dermatologist to go over your many options and design a combination of treatments that work with your goals and your budget.
