I had ultherapy 3 weeks ago. I haven't noticed a difference besides burning sensations on my neck that come and go, tight forehead, tingling sensations, aching on the jaw. Right treatment I read the negative reviews and completely panicked and freaked. Didn't sleep for 3 days and I've been depressed for the past 3 weeks - can't get it out of my head so have been having trouble sleeping. Will this affect the healing process and create abnormal tissue growth? Can you recommend any supplements to help?

Answer: Ultherapy The improvement and tightening seen with ulthera is gradual and takes many months - (similar to most laser treatments). The deep heat stimulates the growth of new collagen, but this does not happen immediately. We usually tell patients that they will get tightening over about 6 months. You may still have some tingling and tightness from the treatment which will go away.

Answer: Relax! #Ultherapy results take time to develop. Sunshine,Relax! You aren't doing yourself any favors with the stress. Firstly, it sounds like you are having a normal recovery from the Ultherapy procedure. Irritation should continue to subside in the coming days. If you want to expedite this process, applying a topical arnica montana cream to the site, ingesting arnica montana supplements, and eating fresh pineapple are all natural ways to ease your irritation. Secondly, it is totally normal for Ultherapy to take time to develop. In fact, many of the negative reviews you may read online about the procedure are negative for this reason. People often expect an 'overnight solution,' whereas this procedure works longer-term. Your stress level should have no impact on your Ultherapy results. However, not sleeping will certainly impact your mental health and well-being. My advice to you is to relax, and enjoy your results when they develop, which they surely will. Dr. Wooten
