My breast is flatenned after a periareolar pexia. Will it change? (Photos)

Periareolar mastopexy has one aesthetic disadvantage which is the flattening of the mid part of the breast. Unfortunately, this is something that does not change much with time.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides  you will be able to see the final result of your surgery.

4 days still to early for our final results, wait at least 30 days when the inflammation is at it minimum

The peri areola mastopexy does tend to have a flattening effect on the breast. However, at 4 days it is too early to assess the results of surgery.  You need to allow more time weeks to months to allow the swelling to settle and the breasts to take on their new shape.If you have concerns then it is best to discuss them with your PS.Best wishes
