8 weeks post-op. Every time I use contractubex gel I feel very itchy and like needles around my incisions. Advice? (photos)

After 8 weeks if my breast augmentation every time I use contractubex gel I feel very strong itchy and needls pain round my incesis, I can't sleep at night of the itchy pain I can't keep my hand of not scratch my incesis is it normal I'm so sorry
