Can someone use benzoyl peroxide after a beard transplant to help heal acne? Can I go on accutane 3 months post op?

I got a hair transplant 3 weeks ago and I have really bad breakouts because of that, I have always used BP as acne treatment and I want to get back on it, does it do anything bad to the grafts? I went to see a dermatologist and she prescribe that or accutane after three months of the surgery.

You should see your doctor for a recheck.  Transplanted hairs usually slide out after several days to weeks.  They do not break off at the root.  Non-transplanted hair may fall out due to shock loss from surgery.  It is unclear what you are exactly describing so it may be...

You can get infections of hair follicles and see pimples.  A few may be normal but if it is concerning you need to contact your doctor for a follow up.
