Boils and pimples at the hair transplanted area. Is it normal or anything serious?

You can get infections of hair follicles and see pimples.  A few may be normal but if it is concerning you need to contact your doctor for a follow up.

It sounds like you have an ingrown or an infection. it is best to have a follow up with your doctor to find the cause and then give you treatment options.

What you are describing may be an infection in the recipient area. You must see your doctor and have him/her address the problem. This can be considered an 'emergency' as infection might harm the grafts growth.
