hi, its my 5th week post op. i could see some pimples and boils at the temples? am using tugain foam. is it normal or anything serious.. will pimples stop the transplanted hair growth or it destroys it.

Finasteride will not affect your transplanted hairs. Finasteride will affect your non-transplanted hairs. All drugs have side effects. If you are concerned about taking the medication, speak with your doctor about it's risks and benefits.
This is very unusual for hair transplant and was seen more commonly with older techniques. Do you scar poorly everywhere? I would need to see you in person to develop a plan to improve this area.
