I 'm about to book hair transplant surgery with Welfare Abroad, who's surgeon is Dr Tulunay in Istanbul, Turkey. (photo)

How can you find out if a Dr in Istanbul is as excellent as his Web sites suggest? The cost of the procedure, 2 nights hotel, comes to £1,250 (on sale) I've been asked to pay £250 via PayPal and the remainder £1,000 in cash upon arrival - or via PayPal a week before I arrive and pay a 4% fee. Is this normal in Istanbul? What can I do to be confident this is all above board. They have answered all my questions via email and phone calls, but still, it's a big decision
