Can I get Liposuction after a laparoscopic nephrectomy?

Yes liposuction is possible after having kidney surgery, usually 3-6 months after is best.  Dr. Emer.

After you have fully healed from nephrectomy surgery it should be possible to consider liposuction.  You would want to have the go-ahead from both surgeons to make sure the abdomen is fully healed and there is no hernia at any of the laparoscopic incision sites, or other changes to the abdomen that would contraindicate liposuction surgery.
