Had jaw surgery with chin liposuction in early November of 2019. Unfortunately, I feel as though my chin was pushed too far back and now I have drooping cheeks. My doctor also pushed my upper jaw too forward, pronouncing my philtrum even more. I understand that my age makes me too young to receive a normal facelift, but I feel hopeless when looking around for how I can salvage my face, as I'm not interested in non permanent options such as fillers. What are my best options?
