I don’t like how my cheeks look from a 3/4 view. There is a distinct bump/lump between my chin and my cheek. How can I make a nicer cheek area? I had an appointment to have buccal fat removed but I cancelled it because I was afraid of looking older and being left with sagging skin. I don’t mind youthful chubby cheeks I just dislike the lumpiness. I’m 26. What procedure would help? Open to any suggestions to get rid of the jowly look thanks!
Answer: Yes, with a mid face lift & possible mini facelift A Mid Facelift can usually be an option on most realistic patients anytime after the age of 35-40. It really depends on your anatomy and genetics. It is best to talk to your surgeon because everybody has different techniques and recovery time is usually based on a number of factors. I strongly feel that it's very important to have an honest conversation with your surgeon about your particular situation, lifestyle, work environment and specifically which procedures you're having done so that you both have the most honest answer about your recovery and are realistic with expectations and results.Surgery is not for everyone. In today's day and age, there are many nonsurgical options to consider although surgery usually gets the most improvement specifically of the jowls.I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of facelifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations. I hope this helps and wish you all the best in your surgery and event. If it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right.

Answer: Volume in face by fillers Thank you for your question and pictures. You can use dermal fillers to create some contour and definition in the face. This can add some volume therefore making some areas look fuller and some having a slimming appearance. I would suggest at your age non surgical temporary solution would be the best. The fillers used in the face still last about 12-18 months. All The Best

Answer: Providing Lift and Cheek Contouring-- Fillers (Radiesse, Voluma, Bellafill), Sculptra, implants, fat, Renuvion, RF Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and rf treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: What procedure would fix a fleshy face and cheeks? Hi, You are a very good candidate for a combination approach to achieve better results with minimal downtime. My recommendations are: Bichectomy (buccal fat pad removal) to make the middle back fullness less lumpy.a slight fat or filler injection to the upper cheekbones to lift middle face and to enhance the proportionsfractional radiofrequency microneedling combined with PRP to tighten up and slightly lift your lower and mid face. My recommendations solely depend on your photos and are not exact, the best is always a face-to-face consultation. Best wishes,

Answer: Perioral Mounds By your pictures the lumps to which you refer are the perioral mound areas and not the buccal fat pads. These are subcutaneous fat collections by the side of the mouth that sit below the buccal fat pad area. These are treated by small cannula liposuction.
