I want very prominent cheekbones and obviously lose the fat on my cheeks. I really want to see a difference, because I hate how my face looks, especially from the side. I also want a rhinoplasty, along with the other procedures. What would you suggest? Is there a procedure that can result in total cheek sculpting/contouring?
