I am 5'10" and 175 lbs. I would like to achieve a 36 DDD/F look. I have an hourglass figure and would certainly like larger breasts and do NOT need them to look natural. I like the upper cleavage as well with high profile implants, what would be Ultra High Profile. I currently have saline breast implants filled to 525 cc and am getting a revision.
Answer: What'stoo large? In my opinion, I would use the 800cc Ultrahigh profile implants. I see many patients with similar concerns and I tell all of them to go with the largest because then you'll know that there is nothing else that could have been done in Plastic Surgery at this time. Larger implants are on the way, but it will be a few years. Furthermore, I don't even think 800's will be enough to give you the look you're trying to achieve. Good luck!

Answer: I am trying to decide between 750cc and 800cc silicone implants. Would these sizes be too big or not big enough? Thank you for the question. There is no accurate/reliable/predictable correlation between size/profile breast implant utilized and cup size achieved. Online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific enough advice to be truly helpful. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning) will be critical.Having said that, I find that it is usually necessary to use overfilled saline breast implants or higher profile silicone gel breast implants to achieve the types of outcomes you describe.Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of know words such as “DDD cup” or "larger breasts” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to larger breast augmentation surgery concerns) helps. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Implant size and cup size Thanks for your question. In recommending an implant size, I base it on each patient's body and desired look.As you may know, implants come in different type, shape, volume, diameter, and profiles. After examining your body and understanding your goal, your plastic surgeon should guide you to the right implant size/profile for you.- Please select a plastic surgeon carefully.- Have an open communication with your plastic surgeon.- Share your desired look with your plastic surgeon and ask if your desired look is achievable.- As you go larger in implant size, you may have a higher complication rate.Best wishes.

Answer: I am trying to decide between 750cc and 800cc silicone implants. It seems to be a common misconception that High Profile implants go high up the chest. The high profile means they stick out further forward. Large heavy implants never go up, because they are heavy they go down with time. Choosing the right size implant requires a physical examination. The implants you mention may be a great choice for you, but without a lot more information no one here can give you specific size recommendations. We don't even have the most basic of information, ie what you look like.
