If you already have plenty, why trade it for an implant? When I see women who had a procedure like that, I end up taking the implants out and doing a breast lift without an implant. I think the only reason to put in an implant is to increase size. A properly done breast lift gives you the volume and cleavage you're looking for and leaves you with only natural breast tissue.

Columellar struts can be an excellent method for tip support in certain situations. Personally I rarely use bone or rib cartilage in rhinoplasty for most primary cases. When septal cartilage is properly harvested a very stout piece can be shaped into a strut that will be secure and doesn't resorb. When you see cases where tip support is lost it is almost always because the strut was too thin or not secured adequately.

Revision surgery is sometimes required, and the preop discussion between surgeon and patient should include how revisions are handled. Based on your story, it's likely that the upper and lower parts are indeed where most of the fat was injected. It also may be that fat injected into the central area had less graft survival. Several factors have to be optimized to get a great result after BBL. Enough fat must be harvested to account for fat cell loss, the fat has to be harvested in a specific and gentle manner to maximize cell survival, and it has to be injected in a way to ensure adequate circulation to the grafted cells. The balance between the buttocks, torso and thighs also has to be just right to get the ideal figure. Talk to your surgeon about other considerations that might improve your results. Keep in mind that the more an area is operated on, the harder it becomes to get a great result.

Revision would be one way of making the scar itself less obvious, but keep in mind that the relationship between nasal areas would be affected. Removing tissue in that area to make the scar flatter will also pull the edge of the nostril closer to the cheek skin which might make it look flatter. Your surgeon would have to evaluate you directly to see what might work. There are several things that can be done at the same time that will help to correct any undesirable change in nostril shape.

It looks like there are several places on your torso, waist and inner thigh where a lot more fat could be harvested. Part of getting a great body shape after this operation is using the liposuction to form the curves around the buttocks (for shaping) and then increasing the volume with injection of the harvested fat. The method of harvesting and processing the fat for injection are also critical, in that it makes the difference between the fat cells living or dying.

Thigh lifts always cause a good deal of swelling for several reasons: some lymphatics are divided, liposuction is commonly done in conjunction, and the operative site is on a dependent part of the body. In your case you're also having an incision problem (which is very common to at least some degree with thigh lifts because of the location and wound tension). That also prolongs swelling.

Large breast implants are more likely than small ones to cause bottoming out which is what is starting to happen on the right. The main problem with closed capsulotomy is that even if the capsule can be disrupted (which you say you don't think happened anyway), the capsule is still there and the opened area is small. That allows the capsule to re-form relatively quickly in almost every case. There may be other reasons for your surgeon having done it, though. Botox is helpful for spasm which might have been done to reduce discomfort.
Implants that have issues like this can be repositioned with the use of biologic materials to support the implants to prevent recurrent bottoming out. They seem to have some use in reducing the incidence of a recurrent capsular contracture as well.

Obviously you should speak with your surgeon, but some (at least minor) asymmetry after any kind of bilateral operation is unavoidable. If your surgeon does suggest revision it's probably a fairly simple procedure if only skin is the problem and the fold itself is at the right position.

Dr Kutty along with his office staff, Brittany and Kelly, have been nothing short of amazing. They’ve answered all my calls and answered my questions/concerns thoroughly and with great patience. For my consultation, they were quick to see me and instructed me on how the day would go. Kelly came in first to take pictures and discuss the reason for my surgery. A short few minutes later, Dr. Kutty came in and shook both mine and my fiancé’s hands and was very genuine. He showed me what I could possibly look like post surgery and would submit for insurance approval that same day. The next day, less than 24 hours later, I received the approval for my surgery by phone call from Kelly. They were able to schedule me within 1 week for my surgery. Because I was out of town, they offered me many options to make paperwork easier and I truly appreciated that. For pre-op, Brittany went above and beyond to assist us by speaking to a representative for payment issues on the phone and did what she could to get them to correct the issue for us. The paperwork clearly stated that results would not always come out as one wishes and there is a disclaimer the patient must sign as any doctor would. On surgery day, the hospital staff were amazing as was Dr Kutty, on informing my fiancé constant updates and reasons why if any the surgery was going on longer than expected. Post surgery, Dr Kutty provided garments and a follow up appointment the very next day. I’m now post-op about 5 weeks and the results are phenomenal. I was scared of infection at one of the incision sites, but they saw me immediately and tended to the incisions. Their customer service is outstanding and I feel their care is genuine and comforting.

I had looked at many plastic surgeons online. I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon downtown Houston but he was highly priced. I also went to another consultation with a second surgeon downtown Houston but when I walked in I had an eerie feeling and left before I even seen the doctor. Then I decided to find a plastic surgeon in Sugarland TX nearby Richmond TX where I live. There were a few that I was looking at but kept going back to doctor Kutty’s Website and made a consultation appointment. From the moment I met Dr Kutty I knew he was the right surgeon. He was very down to earth and thoroughly listened to all of my wishes then repeated it all back to me which was impressive. Dr Kutty was very personable and easy to talk to. I was so excited that Dr Kutty was willing to do the whole surgery with local anesthesia only since being put under affects the memory. The price was reasonable and I was able to schedule my surgery two weeks later on November 27th 2018. Dr Kutty and his assistants Kelly and Brittany work great as a team which made me so at ease every step of the way. They gave me 4 tablets the day of the surgery to relax me which was awesome and started the local anesthesia a lil later. They covered my eyes which helped relax me further. First off I went to "the lipo place advertising on TV" for a consultation and they told me I did not need a tummy tuck they could just do lipo in my abdomen area, inner thighs and outer thighs and I would be "brand new" and could go back to work the following day. I contemplated all night and looked up plastic surgeons in the Missouri City/Sugarland area that same night or shall I say early morning. I was due that day to pay "the other place" the downpayment to hold my spot because they had soooo many patients if I did not pay I would have to wait for months to get an appointment. I found Dr. K on the website of realself…. I called that same day and spoke with Brittany and she scheduled me an appointment the same day. Dr. K asked me if I wanted to keep my vertical cesarean scar and of course the answer was no. I told him all of what had been told to me by "the other place"…. Moving forward - Dr. K is an artist and he could see the outcome on me even before the surgery. I had 3 previous cesareans all vertical and so much scar tissue no amount of exercise or weight loss would get rid of my "3 pouch" stomach. (one on top and two on each side of the scar). At any rate my tummy tuck and lipo to my thighs all came to the same price the "other place" was trying to charge me. The office told me I could think about it all I wanted and let them know when and if I was ready. I ended up making my down payment that evening. ALSO THERE WAS no consultation fee. Kelly and Brittany has always been so sweet and kind AND PATIENT to say the least. They are always available to answer all of my questions and will get Dr. K on the phone if he is out of the office for me. I am status post 9 months. My stomach looks amazing - small waistline; back definition my thighs have all the extra huge lumps gone. I still have cellulite in the front of my thighs but that is on me to lose the weight that I really need to lose. But I can wear crop tops and a bikini now. When I wear my jeans and crop tops my husband cannot take his eyes off of me (nor can others) ... This 48 year old woman has the confidence of my old former self before my children. If you want a doctor and office staff who remains the same throughout the entire process and thereafter - and want it done right ( my scar is almost invisible) I have sent several referrals over to them and they have been very pleased as well. Dr. K and his staff is where you should go for your plastic surgery needs. Oh did I tell you - that if you don't need something - he will tell you. I just love them!!!!!!

Let me begin with the two wonderful ladies there, Brittany & Kelly. I have never felt more welcomed. They are very kind, and knowledgeable. They make you feel like your at home and part of the family. They carry on conversations with you and never looked annoyed.
