I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You are best off lowering the implant that is too high. Switching sizes by itself will not be a good solution.

You did not post before photos, so I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns. Perhaps the pocket could be adjusted on the lower side to better match the opposite side. Measurements are needed to see if an implant exchange could be done to improve things, or you might just keep one slightly larger than other side.

You did not mention how long ago your breast augmentation was. Maybe the right breast implant has just not fully descended yet. It also appears that something is going on under your right breast, incision, scabbing, tattoo? Return to your surgeon for examination and options. Good luck!
